Karen Gemal is leading an externally funded four-year project (2019- 2023) on addressing gender bias in student recruitment and TEK practices. During this project workshops and resources on gender bias awareness and strategies for mitigating bias and its effects will be provided for student ambassadors, teachers, administrative staff, career counsellors and parents.
