38th Standing Conference on Organizational Symbolism (SCOS)

Welcome to the 38th Standing Conference on Organizational Symbolism (SCOS), which will be held online on 5/6 July. 

Focus is on ‘how difference practices unfold in organizations and how we can begin to think differently about processes of organizing’.

The conference includes a workshop on ‘Valuing difference: practical ways to address bias and achieve an inclusive curriculum and classroom’ on 05.07.21 from 10.30 to 14.00 incl. lunch break.
